From there, you can select up to five animals at a time to graze in the Farmyard. In order to get your new pets out in the open, you’ll need to go to the stable in Somniel. If you do not see any skirmishes available, return later and they will gradually shift their locations. However, once you have reached level 2, you will need to return and battle on that map, or others in that region to return to the post-battle exploration and adopt more animals. Rare animals like the Vervain Deer, Panna Camel, and others can only be adopted once you have reached level 2 with that nation. If you are unable to adopt the animal at present, you can return to the Somniel's Bulletin Board, and select Donations to begin investing in other nations. Once you say yes, the animal will become available to roam in Somniel. Certain locations like castles or dungeons do not have any animals. There are some you can outright adopt, but some animals need to have that region invested in before you take them home.Įven when exploring the world map, you can stop at a place on the map to see the information for that area, including what animals are known to appear after a battle. The rabbit can thump up some Berries for you. This cat catches Carp, adding another choice of fish for felines to find if selected. These sheep are great if you want to have some Milk. Oddly enough, the Seagull also brings you some Nuts. This pigeon pecks up some Nuts for you to find. ![]() Elyosian DogĪnother variant of the standard dog breed, they dig up an Iron Ingot, Steel Ingot, or Silver Ingot, making them another high priority. Elusian CatĪ northern breed of cat, they’ll fetch some Cod for you. This cat acquires Salmon, a fine fish that’s hard to come by early in the game. Calisson ChickenĪ chicken will naturally supply you with some Eggs. This feline friend fetches Herring for you when placed in the farmyard. Black Elyosian DogĪ dog that’s fairly easy to find, you should make this a priority, as they can bring in an Iron Ingot, Steel Ingot, or Silver Ingot. You’ll get Beef, Pork, Chicken, or Mutton from this great big bird, which is a great option to have in the yard when you find it.
