Built-in 180mAh Li-on rechargeable battery, 8 play hours with 1-2 hour charging time. With the size of 2.9'x1.5'x0.6' and the weight of 0.74oz, it can be taken anywhere you go and be played at any time. I remember Carabiner elements served me very well years ago, when it was yet called KeyRemap4MacBook. Because AnJoy depends on modern technologies to facilitate gamepad communication, it only supports Anki 2.1. Super mini sized wireless bluetooth controller, special designed for 2D games. Maybe it would not be a bad idea to add some depreciated input methods or other input methods to carabiner elements. I did not add any turbo mode nor adding any strange configurations, also because deep customizations are not supported. Not sure if this has to do with an update or anything (have the most recently updated application and mac OS big sur 11. gone on walks, and hooked up my Nintendo switch controller to anki but I was. The controller is enabled and it should be working but wont work outside of the app itself. However, since I bought it I cannot find a way to may any of the keys on the controller to Undo. Check out the GitHub repository or get the latest version of Enjoy2 now.Just to try another way, i stumbled over Enjoyable.app - which is a very old software, and i was able map my buttons, but some keys did overlap each other, in addition, the mouse pointer always moved left or right on-screen, without any user interaction, rendering that software useless. Its more enjoyable than I expected to see my pokemon level up and evolve. Anki Desktop MR1998 September 21, 2021, 3:02pm 1 I have been using an 8bitdo controller for the past month or so and it really makes anki more enjoyable compared to smashing keys all day. Unfortunately enjoy has no mouse support, so I started a new project based on it which aims to add:īecause I am running OS X 10.7, I could only compile Enjoy2 for Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6) systems or newer. triggered based on a threshold value) to those actions. The only FOSS solution to this problem I could find online was the original enjoy, which supports mapping:Īnd which can also map the ends of the analog axes (i.e. Enjoy2 makes it possible to play these and other mouse/keyboard-only games with a gamepad. I wanted to play some video games ( Minecraft, Torchlight) on my computer with a gamepad (I find it less fatiguing than a mouse), but neither of those games supports gamepads or controllers natively. I break this down into the following sections: 2:52 - Connecting PS4 controller to iPhone. Its a bit of fun, but also valuable if you do worry about RSI or just want to mix up the physical gestures you do every day. Use your gamepad to control video games on multiple computers!Įnjoy2 is a small OSX program to map joystick/gamepad/controller inputs to keyboard and mouse events. Examples: Prepositions in a sentenceHasan is coming for dinner at 6 p.m.Ĭarey walked to the shop. Prepositions can be used to indicate aspects such as time, place, and direction. PrepositionsĪ preposition is a word (e.g., “at”) or phrase (e.g., “on top of”) used to show the relationship between the different parts of a sentence. Other types of adverbs include adverbs of frequency, adverbs of purpose, focusing adverbs, and adverbial phrases. Examples: Adverbs in a sentenceRay acted rudely. AdverbsĪn adverb is a word that can modify a verb, adjective, adverb, or sentence. Other types of adjectives include coordinate adjectives, participial adjectives, and denominal adjectives. Examples: Adjectives in a sentenceThe dog is bigger than the cat. Superlative adjectives describe something as having the most or least of a specific characteristic. Comparative adjectives compare two or more things. Adjectives can be attributive, appearing before a noun (e.g., “a red hat”), or predicative, appearing after a noun with the use of a linking verb like “to be” (e.g., “the hat is red”).Īdjectives can also have a comparative function. A noun is a word that refers to a person, concept, place, or thing. 8/30/2023 0 Comments Permutation combinationYou have fewer combinations than permutations.Next → ← prev Permutation and Combinations: Permutation:Īny arrangement of a set of n objects in a given order is called Permutation of Object. Combinations sound simpler than permutations, and they are. P(10,3) = 720.ĭon’t memorize the formulas, understand why they work. Permutation: Listing your 3 favorite desserts, in order, from a menu of 10. Permutation: Picking a President, VP and Waterboy from a group of 10. Here’s a few examples of combinations (order doesn’t matter) from permutations (order matters).Ĭombination: Picking a team of 3 people from a group of 10. Writing this out, we get our combination formula, or the number of ways to combine k items from a set of n: Which means “Find all the ways to pick k people from n, and divide by the k! variants”. In our case, we get 336 permutations (from above), and we divide by the 6 redundancies for each permutation and get 336/6 = 56. If we want to figure out how many combinations we have, we just create all the permutations and divide by all the redundancies. So, if we have 3 tin cans to give away, there are 3! or 6 variations for every choice we pick. If you have N people and you want to know how many arrangements there are for all of them, it’s just N factorial or N! Wait a minute… this is looking a bit like a permutation! You tricked me! So we have $3 * 2 * 1$ ways to re-arrange 3 people. Well, we have 3 choices for the first person, 2 for the second, and only 1 for the last. For a moment, let’s just figure out how many ways we can rearrange 3 people. This raises an interesting point - we’ve got some redundancies here. Either way, they’re equally disappointed. If I give a can to Alice, Bob and then Charlie, it’s the same as giving to Charlie, Alice and then Bob. Well, in this case, the order we pick people doesn’t matter. How many ways can I give 3 tin cans to 8 people? In fact, I can only afford empty tin cans. Let’s say I’m a cheapskate and can’t afford separate Gold, Silver and Bronze medals. If we have n items total and want to pick k in a certain order, we get:Īnd this is the fancy permutation formula: You have n items and want to find the number of ways k items can be ordered:Ĭombinations are easy going. Where 8!/(8-3)! is just a fancy way of saying “Use the first 3 numbers of 8!”. What’s another name for this? 5 factorial!Īnd why did we use the number 5? Because it was left over after we picked 3 medals from 8. This is where permutations get cool: notice how we want to get rid of $5 * 4 * 3 * 2 * 1$. Unfortunately, that does too much! We only want $8 * 7 * 6$. To do this, we started with all options (8) then took them away one at a time (7, then 6) until we ran out of medals. The total number of options was $8 * 7 * 6 = 336$. We picked certain people to win, but the details don’t matter: we had 8 choices at first, then 7, then 6. Silver medal: 7 choices: B C D E F G H.Gold medal: 8 choices: A B C D E F G H (Clever how I made the names match up with letters, eh?).We’re going to use permutations since the order we hand out these medals matters. How many ways can we award a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prize among eight contestants? (Gold / Silver / Bronze) We’re using the fancy-pants term “permutation”, so we’re going to care about every last detail, including the order of each item. Let’s start with permutations, or all possible ways of doing something. 8/30/2023 0 Comments Paypal account login hackThis means that an adversary could embed the aforementioned endpoint inside an iframe, causing a victim already logged in a web browser to transfer funds to an attacker-controlled PayPal account simply on the click of a button.Įven more concerningly, the attack could have had disastrous consequences in online portals that integrate with PayPal for checkouts, enabling the malicious actor to deduct arbitrary amounts from users' PayPal accounts. "But during my deep testing, I found that we can pass another token type, and this leads to stealing money from victim's PayPal account." "This endpoint is designed for Billing Agreements and it should accept only billingAgreementToken," the researcher explained. H4x0r_dz, who discovered the issue on the "endpoint, said the issue was reported to the company in October 2021. "Thus, the attacker is 'hijacking' clicks meant for page and routing them to another page, most likely owned by another application, domain, or both," security researcher h4x0r_dz wrote in a post documenting the findings. This is typically achieved by displaying an invisible page or HTML element on top of the visible page, resulting in a scenario where users are fooled into thinking that they are clicking the legitimate page when they are in fact clicking the rogue element overlaid atop it. A security researcher claims to have discovered an unpatched vulnerability in PayPal's money transfer service that could allow attackers to trick victims into unknowingly completing attacker-directed transactions with a single click.Ĭlickjacking, also called UI redressing, refers to a technique wherein an unwitting user is tricked into clicking seemingly innocuous webpage elements like buttons with the goal of downloading malware, redirecting to malicious websites, or disclose sensitive information. |
